This week, we announced over on our Twitter who would be judging the fantastic entries we’ve received! Our panel is currently looking through all of the entries and we’ll be contacting those shortlisted in the upcoming weeks.
On the night, the judges will take part in a lively discussion looking at digital and their respective industries, digital in the South West and what needs to be done to encourage further digital innovation in the region.
Lindsey is well-versed in entrepreneurship in both the public and private sectors. Currently Chief Executive at the Real Ideas Organisation (RIO), a community interest company that’s been pushing for real social impact for over 10 years.
From opening Ocean Studios in Plymouth’s Royal William Yard, restoring Devonport’s Grade I listed Guildhall as a cultural destination and postiviely impacting the lives of staff, students and organisations, RIO continues to successfully support creative, cultural and social enterprise projects throughout the South West.
Rich is Corporate Projects Manager at Plymouth University. As part of his role, he helps businesses and organisations access the university’s resources through Enterprise Solutions.
Enterprise Solutions works with businesses of varying sizes, across a variety of sectors. Utilising the university’s array of talent, Enterprise Solutions connects businesses with state of the art staff and equipment. Through the service, the University can source students for placements and even provide financial support for businesses looking to recruit Plymouth University graduates.
Roland is Strategic Director at Sentinel Healthcare. Sentinel is a Community interest Company providing services to patients and medical professionals in Plymouth, South East Cornwall, South Hams and South Devon.
Founded in 2007, Sentinel provides both NHS and private practice services to patients. As well as providing a variety of medical treatments for patients, medical professionals are also supported, through business services, General Practice Education packages and support through local groups and forums.
